If you think juicing means no eating, think again! Our
are intended to replace certain meals or snacks with nutritious juices; mainly either breakfast, dinner, or a snack. The purpose is to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle that combines your meals with our juices in such a way as to optimize weight loss, reduce cravings, and nurture healthy habits.
With this program, you will enjoy
2 bottles a day over 3 days, for a total of 6 bottles (5 cold-pressed juices and 1 nut milk).
Each bottle is labeled so that you can consume the right juice at the right time (numbers 1 through 6). You can drink each bottle as a replacement for breakfast, snack, or dinner. Make sure your juicing days are balanced with unprocessed food, lean protein, legumes, vegetables, and fruits.
Our suggested options for consuming the bottles (NOTE: if you prefer one of the below options, you can repeat it over the 3 days):
• Day 1: one juice as breakfast, and one juice as dinner
• Day 2: one juice as breakfast, and one nut milk as an afternoon snack
• Day 3: one juice as morning/afternoon snack, and one nut milk as dinner

JUICING DO'S AND DON'TS!
Stay hydrated! Drink lots of water and don't rely only on the water content in the juice package.
Start your day with a warm glass of water, ginger and lemon! This can be taken on an empty stomach.
Minimize your consumption of caffeine or alcohol during your juice days. Replace these with herbal drinks and green tea.
Stay away from processed foods, fast food, fried food, sweets and sugary drinks.
If you feel the urge to snack, do so healthily! Opt for one of the following: a cup of nut milk or low-fat dairy milk or low-fat yogurt or a bowl of unprocessed vegetable soup or fresh salad.
Stay active. We recommend you engage in 3 hours of exercise on a weekly basis. You can take up your favorite cardio classes, or you can simply enjoy walking, swimming, cycling, playing football...
If you have any health issues like diabetes, hypoglycemia, heart disease or kidney problems, please consult with your doctor before starting any juice cleanse.
DELIVERY AND HANDLING
Start your cleansing journey with Green Central by choosing your preferred date of delivery.
Delivery days are Saturdays or Tuesdays between early morning and late afternoon.
Please note that orders should be requested at least 2 working days prior to the intended delivery date.
Juices should always be stored in the refrigerator.
Juices refrigeration shelf-life is up to 3 days from delivery date.
Your juice cleanse must start no later than the day following your delivery date.
