PURPOSE
If you think juicing means no eating, think again! Our Meal Replacers are intended to replace certain meals or snacks with nutritious juices; mainly either breakfast, dinner, or a snack. The purpose is to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle that combines your meals with our juices in such a way as to optimize weight loss, reduce cravings, and nurture healthy habits.
ACTION
With this program, you will enjoy 2 bottles a day over 3 days, for a total of 6 bottles (5 cold-pressed juices and 1 nut milk). Each bottle is labeled so that you can consume the right juice at the right time (numbers 1 through 6). You can drink each bottle as a replacement for breakfast, snack, or dinner. Make sure your juicing days are balanced with unprocessed food, lean protein, legumes, vegetables, and fruits.
Our suggested options for consuming the bottles (NOTE: if you prefer one of the below options, you can repeat it over the 3 days):
- • Day 1: one juice as breakfast, and one juice as dinner
- • Day 2: one juice as breakfast, and one nut milk as an afternoon snack
- • Day 3: one juice as morning/afternoon snack, and one nut milk as dinner
