Our Lunch Plan is a one-week, a two-week or a four-week program with one meal, one fruit… and no, we didn’t forget about your delicious healthy snack!
We deliver daily, five or six days a week: Saturday through Thursday.

CLEAN EATING DO'S AND DON'TS!
Stay hydrated! Drink lots of water and don't rely only on the water content in the juice bottle.
Start your day with a warm glass of water, ginger and lemon! This can be taken on an empty stomach.
The Lunch Plan consists of: the lunch meal, one fruit as morning snack, and a healthy sweet afternoon snack.
Stay away from processed foods, fast food, fried food, sweets and sugary drinks.
If you feel the urge to snack, do so healthily! Opt for
of the following: a cup of nut milk or low-fat dairy milk or low-fat yogurt or a bowl of unprocessed vegetable soup or fresh salad.
Stay active. We recommend you engage in 3 hours of exercise on a weekly basis. You can take up your favorite cardio classes, or you can simply enjoy walking, swimming, cycling, playing football...
Don’t merely focus on the numbers at the scale. In general, weight results differ from one person to another. This depends on several factors including the person’s gender, age, frame size, and more importantly the level of commitment to the program.
DELIVERY AND HANDLING
Start your meal plan program with Green Central by choosing your preferred date of delivery.
Delivery is done on a daily basis between early morning and late afternoon.
Orders should be requested at least 2 working days prior to the intended delivery date.
You may pause and resume your package deliveries at your convenience. In that case, we must be informed at least 2 working days in advance.
Food should always be stored in the refrigerator.
For a greener world, our food containers are microwave-safe and environmentally friendly: carton-based and recyclable. They are carefully packed altogether in our trendy Green Central cooler bag to assure their freshness and quality.
